[Job Description]
A face to face meeting with client, email or phone conversation to accurately define a Job Description outlining the key qualifications and responsibilities for a new role.
[Initial Selection]
After our comprehensive search and selection, the client will receive a short-list of suitable candidates.
[Short List]
Client selects the candidates in which they would like to interview.
[Interview Process]
We will conduct the initial interview and any subsequent interviews on behalf of the clients, by PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP).
[Final Choice]
After interviewing the short-listed candidates, the client can select the most suitable candidate (if any) for the job.
If no candidate is selected, then PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP) will repeat the process by fine-tuning the search by factoring clients' feedback in the new search process.
[Job Offering]
When a final decision is made, the client will present the candidate with an offer of employment. At this point, the date of commencement, remuneration, and other details must be decided and agreed by both candidate and client. PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP) can support both parties if further negotiation/consultation is needed.
[Commencement of Employment]
On the date of commencement, PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP) will contact the client to ensure that the candidate has fulfilled the agreement. It is only after this stage that PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP) will issue an invoice to the client.
[New Employee Guarantee and Replacement]
We guarantee, that the new hired employees shall be working for a minimum of 3 (three) months. If within 3 (three) months from the commencement date, the candidate recruited via our company resigns or is fired due to any reason which is apparently attributable to him/her, PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP) will recommend another candidate without service fees or Free-of-Charge. PT. Bahana Perkasa Putra (BPP) will provide such replacement only for 1 (one) time, until successful hiring and only for the same type of work and the same position.
