You need to close your IMTA, KITAS and other documents by proceeding Exit Permit Only (EPO) before you leave Indonesia, for the following reasons:

1. If you are a KITAS and IMTA holder of 6 months. Before the expiration date, you need to proceed Exit Permit Only (EPO)

2. If you are a KITAS and IMTA holder of 12 months, you should close your work permits, stay permits and other documents after 5 years working by proceeding Exit Permit Only (EPO)

3. When you are leaving Indonesia with no intention to come back for working, even if your IMTA and KITAS are not expired yet.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
 The government Office will stamp EPO on your passport, then you will smoothly leave Indonesia through immigration officer in the airport.
 Your maximum stay in Indonesia after you apply or submit documents to government office is 7 days (including Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

• Original Passport
• Original KITAS/ITAS
• Original IMTA
• Original DKP TKA
• Original RPTKA
• Original SKTT
• Sponsor Letter for EPO
