Based on PP No. 24 of 2018, the Government will now implement the OSS (Online Single Submission) System, which is an “Integrated Online Licensing Service”.

The OSS system is temporarily under the authority of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs (Kemenko Perekonomian), then will be taken over by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) by the end of 2018.

OSS is a new system used for filing business applications, (both non-individual companies, individual companies, representative offices such as SIUP3A and BUJK, and other business entities).

The main licenses issued in this OSS are NIB (Single Business Number) where this NIB is valid as TDP, Import Identification Number (API) and Customs Access.

However, for other company licenses, it can also be processed in this system as well, such as: business licenses, operational permits, and other types of permits in accordance with PP No. 24 year 2018.
